The Brand Ambassador implements the highest luxury retail standards at all times and make it extremly pleasurable experience for the customer to shop, and focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

The Brand Ambassador will put all customers as the number one priority in a tidy and well merchandised environment.

?Key Result Areas
??? Serve each customer with exceptional service and undivided attention, giving prompt, polite and efficient service at all times.
??? Ensure that the customer needs are met, that they are greeted with courtesy and that they are cared for from the time they enter the store to the time they leave.
??? Listen and use open ended questions and demonstrate your knowledge to help identify the customer needs.
??? Always reflect the values of the company.
??? Must consistently focus on brilliant execution at retail.
Handling all aspects of store responsibilities that affect the client experience.
Keep products merchandised to the highest standards & maintain store presentation according to guidelines.
Communicate usage & benefits to all customers and demonstrate in action.
Responds quickly to customer requests including returns.
Focus on achieving and exceeding sales target and KPI?s.
Performs the receipt of the goods, visual merchandising, inventories and take care of the storage room.
To attend staff training as and when required.
Assists with store opening and closing.
To maintain a good standard of appearance and to undertake to wear uniform allowance as provided by the company.

?Operating Environment, Framework & Boundaries
The Brand ambassador will work under direct supervision of Store manager and/or Assistant manager. The incumbent will interact with customers, be flexible and follow company?s policies and procedures with a certain degree of autonomy.

Communications and Working Relationships
This position will work closely with the management team of the store, and proactively generate and share ideas on all retail aspects to improve Brand vision and Values, within strict company?s confidentiality.

?Knowledge, Skills & Experience
??? Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury customer focused environment
??? Previously demonstrated successful sales experience exceeding quota.
??? Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative and working.
??? Ability to work well we others as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business.
??? Ability to read and understand sales and product reports
??? Ability to work in a environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
??? Demonstrate sound business judgment and organizational ability
??? Very polite, patient, warm-personality
