The Marketing and Communications Department is currently looking for a Corporate Communications Officer (m/f):

RESPONSABILITIES/DUTIES

Strategic Planning
? Support the marketing & communications manager in the development and implementation strategic communications planning.
? Help developing comprehensive communications strategies that support the overall strategic direction of the company
? Assesses communications programs, report findings and recommend improvements.

Internal Communications (Proactive and Reactive)
? Creates communications strategies and formulates appropriate messaging for sensitive and confidential materials to be communicated to internal and external audiences
? Support in creating and promoting effective internal and external communications strategies and practices at all levels of the organisation
? Creates and plans editorial, content development, layout and production of internal communication tools ( Echo?net, newsletter, mass mailing etc)
? Administration of the local Echo?net page and managers community page
? Responsible for Human Resources all staff communications ? make the bridge between the HR team and the marketing & communications team
? Writes briefing notes, and media articles for internal clients
? Support the marketing & communalisations in all managerial communications (managers? community, managers toolkits, presentations etc)
? Actively research and develop internal news releases, articles, editorials, publications and other written communications products
? Support in the development and design of internal campaigns

Events
? Research venues, liaise with providers and support the marketing & communication manager in all organizational and logistical tasks

Media Relations
? Translate press-releases coming from the global team
? Write press-releases

Corporate Reporting
? Create reports on media measurement statistics (including ad equivalency value) and internal activities

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications
? Degree in the areas of Communication, Marketing, International Relations combined with related professional experience (mandatory)
? 1 ? 3 years related work experience (mandatory)
? Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory)
